Before contacting support
- Restart Tavlyn and retry the action.
- Confirm that your device has free storage.
- For import issues, choose the backup again through the device picker.
Tavlyn’s core game and backup flows work without an internet connection.

- The action you attempted
- The exact visible error
Do not send a backup unless support specifically requests it and you have reviewed its readable contents.
